How to obtain your CME Credits?

Attending ONSITE in Prague?

• Step 1: Scan your name badge twice every day (morning and afternoon) at the registration desk.
• Step 2: Complete the CME evaluation form on the registration platform.

Please note that both steps are required to obtain your CME credits.

Evaluation form must be completed by November 14th, 2021.

 

Certificate of Attendance

Joining ONLINE only?

• Step 1: Access online the live scientific sessions. Your attendance during these times only will be tracked automatically for CME.
• Step 2: Complete the CME evaluation from October 27th, 2021 on the virtual congress platform.

Please note that both steps are required to obtain your CME credits.

Evaluation form must be completed by November 14th, 2021.

Each participant should claim only those hours of credit that he/she actually spent in the educational activity.

American Medical Association (AMA)

Through an agreement between the Union Européenne des Médecins Spécialistes and the American Medical Association, physicians may convert EACCME® credits to an equivalent number of AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM. Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada

Live educational activities, occurring outside of Canada, recognised by the UEMS-EACCME® for ECMEC®s are deemed to be Accredited Group Learning Activities (Section 1) as defined by the Maintenance of Certification Program of the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada.
